__Why I joined M13:__ The incredible leadership and team at large, as well as M13’s commitment to building an authentic, inclusive, and transparent culture. 

<br>__The most transformative or foundational experience in my career:__ In my five-year tenure at GLO Science, I played a pivotal role in building the [GLO Good Foundation](https://www.glogoodfoundation.org/), the nonprofit branch of the organization that provides oral health care and education to underserved communities around the globe. 

<br>In 2015, I helped organize GLO Good’s inaugural dental and medical mission to Eleuthera, Bahamas, where we set up a mobile clinic to provide free dental and basic medical care to hundreds of adults and children in need. 

<br>Seeing lives change and confidence restored through something as simple as a dental cleaning was transformative. Although no longer working for GLO Science, I remain a devoted volunteer for the GLO Good Foundation and look forward to the life-changing work we do in Eleuthera each year.
